Once we receive the returned products, we will refund the full amount of the returned items directly to your bank account (excluding shipping costs).

  1. The customer may decide to return part or the entire order by completing the return form, which can be downloaded [here].

  3. Returned products must be delivered to our Showroom no later than the 15th day after you received them from the courier.

  4. Each returned product must contain at least 90% of its original content.

  5. The offer does not apply to discounted or sale items. It is valid exclusively for products purchased at full price.
