However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, we will give you the opportunity to send it back to our Showroom within 15 DAYS of RECEIVING the shipment (not from the date of order).
As soon as we receive the products BACK, we will immediately refund the full amount of the returned products (excluding delivery charges) to your bank account.
We take 100% of the RISK.

Terms and conditions of this promotion:
1. The customer may decide to return part or all of the order at their discretion. To do so, they only need to fill out the following form, which can be downloaded here.
2. The customer must meet one simple condition: during the ordering process, they must enter the promo code "NOVINKA" in the promo code field, which will activate their claim and guarantee all the benefits of this promotion and extend the return period for the products.
3. The product(s) must be delivered to our showroom no later than 15 days from the date you received the products from the carrier.
4. The product(s) must contain at least 90% of the original packaging contents (each).
5. The customer may not claim a refund for goods purchased in another discount or sale promotion. This promotion applies only and exclusively to products purchased at 100% of the price.
