Are your products well packed for transport?
For shipping, 4katharsis.cz uses special protective packaging to ensure that your products always arrive in perfect condition.

Can I have my order delivered in gift packaging?
Of course! Simply mention it in the comments when confirming your order. You can also send us a message or email if you’d like us to include a greeting card.

How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders received by 6:00 PM with delivery via PPL, GEIS, or Zásilkovna are usually shipped the following day, or at the latest within 48 hours after payment is received.
Orders sent via Czech Post are usually dispatched the next business day after receiving the order and payment. In rare cases, shipping may take up to 72 hours.

Which shipping methods do you use?
Europe, the European Union & Worldwide
Orders within the European Union are shipped daily via PPL, GEIS, DHL, Czech Post, or Zásilkovna. Once the courier picks up your parcel, you’ll receive an email with all delivery details, including a tracking number and link to follow your shipment.

European Union and other countries
Orders to EU countries, European non-EU countries, and worldwide are shipped daily via PPL, DHL, GEIS, or Zásilkovna as registered parcels. Once your parcel is received by our partner, we’ll send you an email with delivery details and a tracking link.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the selected carrier, destination, and order value:

  • Czech Republic: from 99 CZK for orders under 2000 CZK

  • Slovakia: from 99 CZK for orders under 2000 CZK (approx. €80)

  • Other EU countries: from 199 CZK (approx. €8) for orders under 2000 CZK

Is shipping free?
Absolutely!

  • Czech Republic: free for orders over 2000 CZK

  • Slovakia: free for orders over 2000 CZK (approx. €80)

  • EU & Worldwide: free for orders over 2000 CZK (approx. €80)

How will I know the total shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated as soon as you add products to your cart. After entering your delivery country, you can view it under “Estimated Shipping and Handling Fees.”

How long does delivery take?
Orders within the European Union sent via PPL or Zásilkovna usually arrive within 4–5 business days.
Orders sent via Czech Post usually arrive within 8–10 days.
In all cases, you can track your order online using the tracking number we’ll send you by email.

To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to all countries within the European Union and to the United Kingdom.
If your country is not listed among delivery options, please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements for shipping.

Can you make an exception and ship my order using a specific carrier?
Of course! If you prefer a different shipping method than those listed, simply contact us. If your chosen method is available, the corresponding delivery costs will be charged.

Can the delivery and billing addresses differ?
Yes! If you want your order delivered to a different address, just click “Use a new address” during checkout.

I’m not sure which countries belong to Europe or the European Union. Can you help?

European Union countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, and Finland.

Other European countries (non-EU, Balkan states, etc.):
San Marino, Azerbaijan, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Vatican, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Iceland, Kosovo, Belarus, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, and Turkey.

All countries not listed above are considered rest of the world.

How can I pay for my order?
On 4katharsis.cz, you can pay in three different ways:

  • By bank transfer

  • In person at the 4KATHARSIS™ showroom

Credit Card Payment
Our online payments are processed through the ComGate payment gateway.
The provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. All payments are fully secured and encrypted.
